Terms and Conditions

The Customer Focus Groups are complimentary for selected delegates; however we regret that due to the events exclusive nature and limited places available there is a strict cancellation policy in place which will apply to each delegate. 


The cancellation policy is as follows:
If cancellation in writing is received 30 days or more before the event there will be NO FEE

If cancellation in writing is received 29 days or less before the event, but not including the day of the event, there will be a cancellation fee of £299 + VAT

If a delegate/s cancels for any reason on the day of the event or does not attend the event for any reason a ‘no-show’ fee of £599 + VAT will apply

In the unlikely event that a cancellation or no show fee becomes payable an invoice will be sent and will be subject to our standard 14 day payment terms.

Accomodation

If you have any special requirements such as wheelchair access, large print, dietary requirements, etc, please email the organisers at least 30 clear days before the event.
